Capp is a people management consultancy which offers organisational solutions that span the employee journey. Capp’s areas of expertise include strengths-based recruitment, performance management, team and individual development and organisational change. Capp works with both public and private organisations including Aviva, Birmingham City Council, Ernst and Young, Royal Mail, and Skills Development Scotland.

Capp provides products, programmes and resources that can be accessed by individuals and organisations. ‘Realise2’ is Capp’s strength identification and development tool, available for individuals and teams. Realise2, launched in 2009, was completed by 15,000 users in its first year. Capp’s ‘Strengths Practitioner Programme’ offers delegates accreditation in Realise2 and the opportunity to learn how to offer in-depth Realise2 debriefs.

Through its social enterprise, ‘The Strengths Project’, Capp supports a sewing cooperative in a Kolkata based slum. With Capp’s interventions and support the cooperative is explicitly organised on the basis of individual and team strengths.

Capp is also committed to sharing and disseminating their experience of applying strengths and positive psychology which they do so through their website strengths2020.com and their many publications. Books published by Capp include, ‘Average to A+’, ‘Celebrating Strengths in Schools’ and ‘The Strengths Book’.
